Much of what is contained on this page may also be found on the "Term of Sale" page. To assist and simplify the ordering process, however, it is repeated here for your convenience.
It is recommended that you contact us by phone or email before placing an order to confirm the availability of the item(s) you wish to purchase. We will place a brief hold on them for you, pending receipt of your payment, thus avoiding the disappointment and delays that might be experienced by merely submitting an order.
To expedite your FAX orders, a form has been prepared for your convenience and may be accessed by clicking FAX Order Form here. It has been configured for easy downloading when your printer is formatted with ½-inch margins on all four sides in the portrait mode. This form is not necessary when placing mail or email orders.
All prices noted are in United States dollars (USD). U.S. residents may make payment by cash, check, Postal Money Order, cashiers check or credit cards (VISA, MasterCard or Discover). All orders paid by cash, Postal Money Order or credit card will be shipped immediately. Shipments to persons unknown to us paying by check or cashiers check will require 10 working days to allow the check to clear both banks. Please note: non-U.S. orders may only be paid for in cash. We recommend that cash payments sent through the mail be insured for the full amount enclosed.
Orders must be submitted via the U.S. Postal Service, FAX, email or telephone. We welcome Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit card purchases. To allow us to obtain the information required to properly process credit card orders and to maintain the necessary high level of security, all credit card purchases should be completed by telephone or using two emails breaking the 16-digit number into two separate packages. along with the following additional information:
a. The name embossed on the card
b. The 16-digit card number
c. Expiration date
d. Security code from the back of the card
e. The complete billing address for the card
f. The shipping address for the material purchased (if different from the billing address)
g. Telephone number
h. Email address

Volume discounts are offered with the following guide lines:
a. Purchase totals (excluding postage and insurance) that exceed $300 may deduct 5%.
b. Purchase totals (excluding postage and insurance) that exceed $500 may deduct 10%.
c. Dealer inquiries are invited.
Deliveries made within California must include 9% of the purchase total (excluding shipping and insurance) for State Sales Tax. California dealers must submit, or have on file in our office, a valid resale certificate.
All items will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) insured under our private insurer's coverage at the same rates offered by the USPS, unless other arrangements are requested at the time the order is placed. Shipment by other carriers or special handling will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Lay-Away requests will be considered on an individual basis with the following as guide lines: ⅓ down at the time the order is placed, ⅓ within 30 days and the balance, including postage & insurance, within 60 days. Late payments or uncompleted transactions are subject to forfeiture, handling, interest and/or restocking fees, as applicable. All materials will be held pending receipt of final payment. Other terms may also be considered, so please contact us.
