OH44240 Newwark Columbus & Lake Erie RR Co. 1850 $50 Unl 1927-01 Unl -- Rawdon, Wright, hatch & Edison prepared this Rail Road Bond with a young girl pictured to the left, a small railroad passenger train at center and a sailing vessel to the right; the margins are tiny but full and uniform Ch AU+ $130
OH44260 Newtown Bank of Newtown 1846 $5 Unl 1974-07 345-G16 -- This uniface issue was engraved by Doolittle & Munson of Cincinnati and features three females seated in the central vignette with a male portrait at lower left and seated female at lower right; full frame lines are seen on all four sides with some light soiling verso Ch VF $140 SOLD
OH44530 Sandusky Bank of Sandusky 1848 $5 S85 2382-10 375-G6 --

Casilear, Durand, Burton & Edmonds engraved this issue with Washington left, a seated female right and a female & Indian at center; the margins are tight with the ends cut just through the frame line and the surfaces are very clean

Trimmed very close at both ends and through the frame line at bottom right, this example displays very clean surfaces for the assigned grade

With lithography by Ehrgott, Forbriger & Co. of Cincinnati and printed entirely in purple, this remainder Scrip issue is very well centered within uniform full margins and presents very clean surfaces on both sides
