IA47631 Dubuque Council Bluffs 185- $2 B73 26-2 Unl -- The Lithography performed on this issue was by Ed Mendel of Chicago and he used a light red wavy overall underprint outlining a large hollow "TEN" at the bottom; workers are seen to the left and corn huskers at center.  The centering is very good within medium size full margins Ch CU $305 SOLD

Mendel of Chicago with a large panel vertically at the left end containing a fancy "THREE" with gray shading over black printing; the left margin is full but tiny with giant full margins at the other three sides Ch VF+ $150 SOLD
